使用听清无需注册或登录。App 不要求您提供真实姓名、手机号或账号密码。如果您主动通过电子邮件联系我们，邮件地址和内容仅用于回复咨询或处理您提出的请求。
听清仅在您授权后使用麦克风采集周围声音，并在本机完成实时降噪、均衡、动态压缩和安全限幅。麦克风声音不会传输给广告服务，也绝不用于广告定向或分析。
转文字目前仅支持兼容设备上的中文和英文，六种界面语言不代表六种转写语言。首次使用可能需要联网下载 Apple 的本机语音识别语言模型，下载模型不等于上传录音。听清仅使用本机识别路径；如果新识别引擎不支持当前设备或语言，会尝试已有的本机识别引擎。两者均不可用时会提示错误，不切换到云端识别。
录音和成功保存的文稿保存在 App 本机容器中。只有在您对一段已保存录音主动选择“转成文字”时，听清才会使用 Apple 支持的本机语音识别，并可能请求语音识别权限；如系统请求，请允许后再继续。听清不会把录音或文稿上传到自己的服务器、广告服务或第三方分析平台。您可以编辑、复制文稿，或主动通过 iOS 系统分享面板导出录音和 TXT 文稿。录音与文稿可能依您的 Apple 设备或 iCloud 备份设置进入系统备份。删除一段录音时，其已保存文稿及临时导出文件也会一并删除；已经分享至其他位置的副本不会一并删除。录音、声音和文稿绝不用于广告、个性化广告或广告分析。录制他人谈话前，请征得同意并遵守当地法律。
文稿保存失败时，未保存的文字暂时保留在当前页面，可先复制备份或释放储存空间后重试保存。保存或复制文字前，请勿关闭或强制退出 App；未保存文字不能保证在 App 被系统终止后恢复。分享 TXT 文件需要先保存成功并有可用的储存空间。
听感校准结果和个人设置保存在 App 本机容器中，App 不主动上传，但可能依 Apple 设备或 iCloud 备份设置进入系统备份。听感校准方案名称只是用户自定义的本地标签，不要求真实姓名，不用于身份识别或广告。本版本不读取健康数据、不接入 HealthKit，校准也不是医学诊断。
中国大陆 App Store 商店版本不请求或展示 Google 广告。其他受支持地区的免费版可使用 Google Mobile Ads SDK 展示开屏和横幅广告，并使用 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）管理适用地区的广告同意。听清不申请 Apple ATT 跨 App 跟踪权限，并在 Google SDK 启动前禁用广告个性化和发布商第一方 ID。这些服务可能处理用于估算粗略位置的 IP 地址、崩溃日志与性能数据、设备标识符、广告数据和产品互动，用于展示非个性化广告、广告效果分析和改善 SDK 性能。我们只会在适用法律或合同下，向承诺提供同等或不低于本政策保护的第三方处理者提供必要数据。您可在需要的地区通过 App 设置中的“广告隐私选项”撤回或更改广告同意。Google 广告数据的保留、删除和账号控制由 Google 适用的政策和您的选择管理。参见 Google 隐私权政策 和 Google 我的广告中心。
VIP 去广告订阅使用 Apple StoreKit 2。付款、续订和订阅账户由 Apple 处理；我们不会获得银行卡号或支付凭据。App 仅读取 Apple 提供的已验证订阅权益状态。VIP 有效时不请求或展示联盟广告和自有推荐。
您可以在 iPhone 的“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 麦克风”中撤回麦克风权限；若列有语音识别权限，也可在“语音识别”中撤回。您可在 App 的“设置 → 录音管理”中删除录音及对应文稿。删除 App 会删除当前设备 App 容器中的录音、文稿、校准结果和设置；系统备份副本受 Apple 备份设置和保留规则管理，已分享至其他位置的副本不会一并删除。在适用地区，您还可通过 App 设置中的“广告隐私选项”撤回或更改广告同意。您也可以邮件主题“听清数据删除请求”联系我们，申请协助或删除 App 可控制的数据，我们将在依法合理期限内处理。我们无法直接删除 Google 控制的所有数据，请使用上述 Google 入口管理。
本 App 不面向未满十四周岁的儿童提供专门服务。监护人如对未成年人使用本 App 或数据处理有疑问，可通过下方邮箱联系我们。
如数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策，并通过 App 内说明或版本更新信息告知您。

No registration or sign-in is required. The app does not ask for your real name, phone number, or account password. If you email us, your address and message are used only to answer your inquiry or handle your request.
After permission is granted, HearEasy captures nearby sound and performs noise reduction, equalization, dynamic compression, and safety limiting on the device. Microphone audio is not sent to advertising services and is never used for advertising targeting or analytics.
Transcription supports Chinese and English only, on compatible devices; the six interface languages do not mean six transcription languages. First use may require an internet connection to download an Apple on-device language model; downloading a model does not upload your recording. HearEasy uses on-device recognition only. If the newer engine does not support the device or language, it tries the existing on-device engine. If neither is available, an error is shown instead of switching to cloud recognition.
Recordings and successfully saved transcripts are stored in the app's on-device container. HearEasy uses Apple's supported on-device recognition only after you choose to transcribe a saved recording, and speech-recognition permission may be requested. If the system requests permission, allow it to continue. HearEasy does not upload the recording or transcript to its own servers, advertising services, or third-party analytics. You may edit or copy a transcript, or deliberately export a recording or TXT transcript through the iOS share sheet. Recordings and transcripts may be included in an Apple device or iCloud backup depending on your backup settings. Deleting a recording also deletes its saved transcript and temporary exported text file; copies already shared to other destinations are not deleted. Recordings, audio, and transcripts are never used for advertising, ad personalization, or advertising analytics. Obtain consent and follow local law before recording other people.
If a transcript cannot be saved, unsaved text stays temporarily on the current screen. Copy it first or free up storage and retry saving. Do not close or force-quit the app before saving or copying the text; unsaved text is not guaranteed to survive termination. Sharing a TXT file requires a successful save and available storage.
Listening-check results and personal settings are kept in the app's on-device container and are not actively uploaded by HearEasy, but may be included in an Apple device or iCloud backup depending on your settings. A profile name is only a user-defined local label; it does not require your real name and is not used to identify you or for advertising. The app does not read HealthKit data, and the listening check is not a medical diagnosis.
The China mainland App Store storefront does not request or display Google ads. In other supported regions, the free version may use Google Mobile Ads for app-open and banner ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage consent where required. HearEasy does not request Apple's ATT cross-app tracking permission and disables ad personalization and the Publisher First-Party ID before starting the Google SDK. These services may process IP address to estimate coarse location, crash and performance data, device identifiers, advertising data, and product interactions for serving non-personalized ads, advertising analytics, and SDK performance. We provide necessary data only to third-party processors that, under applicable law or contract, commit to protection no less protective than this policy. Where required, you can reopen Ad Privacy Options in the app's Settings to withdraw or change advertising consent. Retention, deletion, and account controls for Google advertising data are governed by Google's applicable policies and your choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google My Ad Center.
VIP ad removal uses Apple StoreKit 2. Apple processes payment, renewal, and the subscription account; we do not receive card numbers or payment credentials. HearEasy reads Apple's verified entitlement status only to activate or restore VIP. While VIP is active, the app does not request or display network ads or house promotions.
You can revoke microphone permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and, where listed, speech-recognition permission under Speech Recognition. Delete recordings and their transcripts in the app's Settings → Recordings. Deleting the app removes recordings, transcripts, listening-check results, and settings from its container on that device; backup copies are governed by your Apple backup settings and retention rules, and copies shared to other destinations are not deleted. Where required, use Ad Privacy Options to withdraw or change advertising consent. You may email us with the subject “HearEasy Data Deletion Request” for assistance or deletion of data controlled by the app; we will act within the reasonable period required by law. We cannot directly delete all data controlled by Google, so use the Google controls above.
This app does not offer services specifically for children under fourteen. A guardian may contact us with questions about a minor's use of the app or related data handling.
If our data handling changes materially, we will update this policy and provide notice through the app or release notes.
