一、适用范围
听清（英文名 HearEasy）由北京北洋锋行商贸有限公司开发和运营。本政策适用于当前通过 Apple App Store 提供的听清 iOS 版本，说明该 App 如何处理与您有关的信息。
当前版本不要求您注册或登录。我们不收集您的姓名、手机号、通讯录、精确位置或支付信息。
二、麦克风权限
只有在您授权后，听清才会使用 iPhone 麦克风拾取周围声音，以提供实时声音放大、降噪、均衡、动态压缩和安全限幅功能。麦克风声音在您的设备本机处理，不会上传到我们的服务器。
如果您拒绝或撤回麦克风权限，实时助听和录音功能将无法使用，但您仍可查看使用说明和设置页面。
三、录音与主动分享
听清不会自动录音。只有在您主动点击录音按钮后，App 才会生成经过处理的音频文件。录音默认保存在听清的本机存储空间中。
只有当您主动点击分享并在 iOS 系统分享面板中选择接收方时，录音才会交由您所选择的第三方应用或服务处理。相关第三方如何处理文件，受其自身隐私政策约束。
录制他人谈话前，请先取得相关人员同意并遵守所在地法律法规。
四、聆听校准与设置
您的聆听校准结果、场景选择、音量、六段音色设置、界面主题和语言偏好均保存在本机，用于恢复您选择的使用状态。
聆听校准只用于个性化调音，不是医学听力检查，不产生医学诊断。当前版本不读取或写入 Apple HealthKit 健康数据。
五、网络、账号、广告与追踪
当前版本不连接听清业务服务器，不建立用户账号，不含广告 SDK，不含分析 SDK，不进行用户追踪，不收集用于广告或跨 App 追踪的设备标识符，也不出售个人信息。
当您主动点击官网、隐私政策、技术支持或电子邮件链接时，iOS 会将该链接交给浏览器或邮件应用处理；这些系统应用或网站可能按照各自政策处理必要的网络信息。
六、数据保留与安全
录音、校准结果和设置保留在您的设备中，直至您删除相应录音、重置相关设置或删除听清 App。我们无法从服务器恢复这些本机数据，请在删除前自行保存需要保留的录音。
设备本地数据受 iOS 的设备安全和应用沙盒机制保护。请为 iPhone 设置安全密码，并妥善保管设备。
七、您的控制权
- 在“设置－隐私与安全性－麦克风”中随时允许或撤回听清的麦克风权限。
- 在听清的录音管理中回放、主动分享或逐条删除录音。
- 在听清设置中调整或重置场景、音量、音色、主题和语言等本机偏好。
- 删除听清 App，以移除其沙盒内保存的录音、校准结果和设置。
八、未成年人保护
听清不面向未满十四周岁的儿童提供专门服务，也不会主动收集儿童个人信息。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，并避免使用过高音量。
九、非医疗产品声明
听清是手机声音放大和个性化调音工具，不是医疗器械，不提供诊断、治疗或专业听力检查，也不能替代医疗建议或专业听力设备。如有持续听力问题，请咨询医生或听力专业人员。
十、政策更新
如果听清的功能或数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策的内容和生效日期，并通过 App 内说明、版本更新信息或其他适当方式告知您。新政策自标明的生效日期起适用。

HearEasy Privacy Policy

1. Scope
HearEasy is developed and operated by Beijing Beiyang Fengxing Trading Co., Ltd. This policy applies to the current iOS version distributed through the Apple App Store. No account or sign-in is required.
2. Microphone
With your permission, HearEasy uses the iPhone microphone to capture nearby sound for real-time amplification, noise reduction, equalization, dynamic compression, and safety limiting. Microphone audio is processed on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
3. Recordings and sharing
HearEasy does not record automatically. A processed audio file is created only when you actively start a recording. Recordings remain in the app's local storage unless you explicitly share one through the iOS share sheet. Obtain consent before recording other people and follow applicable laws.
4. Calibration and settings
Listening calibration results, scene, volume, equalizer, theme, and language preferences remain on your device. Calibration supports sound personalization; it is not a medical hearing test or diagnosis. The current version does not read or write Apple HealthKit data.
5. Accounts, advertising, analytics, and tracking
The current version does not connect to a HearEasy application server, create user accounts, contain advertising or analytics SDKs, track users across apps, collect advertising identifiers, or sell personal information.
6. Retention and your controls
Recordings, calibration results, and settings remain on your device until you delete them, reset the relevant settings, or delete the app. You can revoke microphone permission in iOS Settings, delete individual recordings in HearEasy, or delete the app to remove its locally stored data.
7. Children
HearEasy is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Minors should use it with guidance from a guardian and avoid excessive volume.
8. Medical disclaimer
HearEasy is a mobile sound amplification and personalization tool, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or a professional hearing examination and does not replace medical advice or professional hearing equipment.
