听清隐私政策
听清由北京北洋锋行商贸有限公司运营，App 备案号为京ICP备14010251号-3A。本政策同时适用于 iOS 和 Android 版听清；平台差异会在相应条款中明确说明。
1. 账号与联系信息
使用听清无需注册或登录。App 不要求您提供真实姓名、手机号或账号密码。如果您主动通过电子邮件联系我们，邮件地址和内容仅用于回复咨询或处理您提出的请求。
2. 麦克风与实时声音处理
听清仅在您授权后使用手机麦克风采集周围声音，并在设备本机完成实时降噪、六段均衡、动态压缩和安全限幅，再输出到您连接的耳机。麦克风声音不会传输给广告服务，也绝不用于广告定向或分析。没有麦克风权限时，实时声音放大和录音功能不可用。
3. 录音、本地转文字与分享
录音和成功保存的文稿保存在 App 的本机私有容器中。只有您主动选择对已保存录音进行转写时才会启动识别。iOS 版使用 Apple 支持的本机语音识别，系统可能请求语音识别权限；Android 版使用随 App 安装的本地语音模型，不需要额外的语音识别权限。两端转写均支持中文和英文，听清不会为转写把录音上传到自有服务器、广告服务或第三方分析平台。
您可以播放或删除录音、编辑或复制文稿，也可以通过 iOS 或 Android 系统分享面板主动分享音频或 TXT 文稿。除非您主动选择分享目标，听清不会上传录音或文稿。已经分享至其他应用或位置的副本不受本 App 控制。录音、文稿及其内容绝不用于广告、广告个性化或广告分析。录制他人谈话前，请征得同意并遵守当地法律。
4. 听感校准与设置
听感校准结果、场景、音量、均衡和界面设置保存在本机私有容器中，不主动上传。听感配置名称只是用户自定义的本地标签，不要求真实姓名，也不用于身份识别或广告。App 不读取 Apple HealthKit、Google Health Connect 或其他健康平台数据。听感校准仅供个人调音参考，不是医学听力检测或诊断。
5. 广告、同意与 Google 服务
中国大陆地区不请求或展示 Google 广告。其他支持地区的免费版可能使用 Google Mobile Ads SDK 展示启动广告和横幅广告，并使用 Google User Messaging Platform 管理适用地区的广告同意。iOS 版不申请 Apple ATT 跨 App 跟踪权限；Android 版不申请 Advertising ID 权限。两端均禁用广告个性化和发布商第一方 ID。
根据 Google 的当前披露，Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能自动处理用于估算粗略位置的 IP 地址、产品互动、诊断与性能信息，以及设备或账号标识符（例如 App Set ID），用于展示广告、广告分析、反欺诈、安全与合规。这些数据在传输中加密。Google 广告数据的保留、删除和账号控制由 Google 的政策与您的选择管理。您可查看 Google 隐私权政策 和 Google 我的广告中心。适用地区可在 App 设置中重新打开广告隐私选项。
6. VIP 订阅
iOS 版 VIP 去广告订阅使用 Apple StoreKit 2，Android 版使用 Google Play Billing。Apple 或 Google Play 处理付款、续订和订阅账号；我们不接收银行卡号或支付凭据。App 仅读取对应商店提供的订阅商品信息和已验证的有效权益状态，用于购买、恢复和移除广告。VIP 有效时，App 不请求或展示网络广告和自有推荐。
7. 权限、后台运行、保留与删除
您可以在 iOS 或 Android 系统设置中撤回麦克风权限；iOS 可能另列出语音识别权限，Android 13 及以上可能另列出通知权限。只有您主动开始辅助聆听后，Android 版才使用带有持续通知的麦克风和媒体播放前台服务，以便在锁屏或临时切到后台时继续向耳机输出声音；停止聆听或耳机断开后会停止相关处理。
您可在 App 的“设置 → 录音管理”中删除录音及对应文稿。删除 App 会删除当前设备私有容器中的设置、校准结果、录音和文稿。iOS 数据可能根据您的 Apple 设备或 iCloud 备份设置进入系统备份；Android 版已将这些数据排除在 Android 云备份和设备转移之外。已分享至其他位置的副本不会随 App 删除。您也可发送主题为“听清数据删除请求”的邮件，请求协助处理 App 可控制的数据。我们无法直接删除 Apple 或 Google 控制的所有数据，请使用对应平台的账号与隐私控制入口。
8. 未成年人、健康与安全
本 App 面向成年人，不面向儿童提供专门服务。听清不是医疗器械，不能诊断、治疗、治愈或预防任何疾病，也不能替代助听器或专业听力检查。如有持续听力问题、耳痛或耳鸣明显变化，请停止使用并咨询听力专业人员或医生。
9. 政策更新
如数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会更新本政策，并通过 App 内说明、公开页面或版本更新信息告知您。

HearEasy Privacy Policy
HearEasy is operated by Beijing Beiyang Fengxing Trading Co., Ltd. The China App Filing number is 京ICP备14010251号-3A. This policy applies to both the iOS and Android versions of HearEasy; platform differences are identified below.
1. Accounts and contact information
No registration or sign-in is required. The app does not ask for your real name, phone number, or account password. If you email us, your address and message are used only to answer your inquiry or handle your request.
2. Microphone and real-time audio processing
After permission is granted, HearEasy captures nearby sound with the phone microphone and performs real-time noise reduction, six-band equalization, dynamic compression, and safety limiting on the device before outputting sound to connected headphones. Microphone audio is not sent to advertising services and is never used for advertising targeting or analytics. Real-time amplification and recording are unavailable without microphone permission.
3. Recordings, on-device transcription, and sharing
Recordings and successfully saved transcripts are stored in the app's private on-device container. Recognition starts only after you choose to transcribe a saved recording. The iOS app uses Apple's supported on-device speech recognition and may request speech-recognition permission. The Android app uses the speech model bundled with the app and does not request a separate speech-recognition permission. Both versions support Chinese and English transcription. HearEasy does not upload a recording for transcription to its own servers, advertising services, or third-party analytics.
You can play or delete recordings, edit or copy transcripts, and deliberately share audio or TXT transcripts through the iOS or Android system share sheet. HearEasy does not upload a recording or transcript unless you choose a destination. Copies already shared to other apps or locations are outside this app's control. Recordings, transcripts, and their contents are never used for advertising, ad personalization, or advertising analytics. Obtain consent and follow local law before recording other people.
4. Listening check and settings
Listening-check results, listening mode, volume, equalizer, and interface settings stay in the app's private on-device container and are not actively uploaded. A profile name is only a user-defined local label; it does not require your real name and is not used to identify you or for advertising. The app does not read Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or other health-platform data. The listening check is for personal sound adjustment only and is not a medical hearing test or diagnosis.
5. Advertising, consent, and Google services
The mainland China region does not request or display Google ads. In other supported regions, the free version may use Google Mobile Ads for app-open and banner ads and Google User Messaging Platform to manage consent where required. The iOS app does not request Apple's ATT cross-app tracking permission, and the Android app does not request the Advertising ID permission. Both versions disable ad personalization and the Publisher First-Party ID.
According to Google's current disclosure, Google Mobile Ads may automatically process IP address to estimate general location, product interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers such as App Set ID for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. This data is encrypted in transit. Google controls retention, deletion, and account choices for its advertising data. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google My Ad Center. Where applicable, you can reopen Ad Privacy Options in the app's Settings.
6. VIP subscription
VIP ad removal uses Apple StoreKit 2 on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Apple or Google Play processes payment, renewal, and the subscription account; we do not receive card numbers or payment credentials. The app reads the relevant store's product details and verified active entitlement status only to purchase, restore, and remove ads. While VIP is active, the app does not request or display network ads or house promotions.
7. Permissions, background operation, retention, and deletion
You can revoke microphone permission in iOS or Android Settings. iOS may separately list speech-recognition permission, and Android 13 or later may separately list notification permission. Only after you start assistive listening does the Android app use a microphone and media-playback foreground service with an ongoing notification so sound can continue to connected headphones while the screen is locked or the app is temporarily in the background. Processing stops after you stop listening or headphones disconnect.
Delete recordings and their transcripts in Settings → Recordings. Uninstalling the app removes settings, listening-check results, recordings, and transcripts from its private container on that device. iOS data may be included in an Apple device or iCloud backup depending on your settings. The Android app excludes this data from Android cloud backup and device transfer. Copies shared elsewhere are not deleted. You may email us with the subject “HearEasy Data Deletion Request” for assistance with data controlled by the app. We cannot directly delete all data controlled by Apple or Google; use the relevant platform's account and privacy controls.
8. Children, health, and safety
This app is intended for adults and does not offer services specifically for children. HearEasy is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and does not replace a hearing aid or professional hearing assessment. Stop using the app and consult a hearing professional or doctor if hearing problems, ear pain, or a significant change in tinnitus persists.
9. Policy updates
If our data handling changes materially, we will update this policy and provide notice through the app, the public page, or release notes.
