Who operates Five Seas
Five Seas is developed and operated by Beijing Beiyang Fengxing Trading Co., Ltd. (北京北洋锋行商贸有限公司). This policy covers version 1.0.0 build 2 with optional ads for iPhone and iPad. Earlier build 1 has no advertising SDK; the ad sections below apply only to build 2 and later versions that include ads. Effective September 13, 2026.
Game data stays on your device
Stage progress, stars, coins, collectibles and audio preferences are stored locally. You do not need an account. The game does not send this information to a developer server and does not include a separate analytics service. Google AdMob and its consent service are included for optional ads. There are no in-app purchases in this edition.
Optional ads and data
When you choose an optional ad or open applicable ad privacy choices, Google AdMob and its consent service connect to the internet. The SDK may process IP-derived approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads still process necessary data. Game saves, coin balances and narration are not sent to the ad service. Google may process this data in countries outside your own under its privacy terms.
Ad controls and children
Ad requests use child-protective treatment, non-personalized ads and a general-audience content limit; publisher first-party ID is disabled. The app does not request cross-app tracking authorization. Where required, Ad privacy choices appears in Privacy & support and the Coast Defense pause panel. You can play and retry free without watching an ad. We do not ask for a name, birthday or account to play. Non-personalized does not mean no data processing.
Audio and permissions
The music, idioms, explanations and Xiaohang narration are bundled with the game and play locally. The app does not record you or request microphone, camera, contacts or location access. It does not request permission to track you across apps or websites.
Your choices
You can control music, sound effects and voice separately in Settings and adjust music volume. You can stop or replay a lesson. The game does not require children or adults to provide personal information to play.
Storage, deletion and device backups
There is no developer-hosted cloud save. Deleting the app normally removes its local data; recovery after reinstalling is not guaranteed. Device backups and migration are controlled by your Apple device settings and Apple services.
Web pages and external links
Opening support, privacy or music-credit links takes you to external pages. These sites receive the connection information needed to serve a web request, such as an IP address and browser information, and may process access logs for operation and security. The game does not send your progress or coins to them. Our Five Seas pages do not embed advertising, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The composer and Creative Commons pages operate under their own policies.
When you contact support
If you email beiyangfx@163.com, we receive your email address and message to handle your enquiry. Do not include passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may use the same email address for privacy questions or to request correction or deletion of support correspondence.
Policy updates
If a future release changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and any relevant in-app choices before those services are introduced. The date above identifies this policy edition.

开发者与适用范围
纵横五海由北京北洋锋行商贸有限公司开发和运营。本政策适用于 1.0.0 构建2的 iPhone 与 iPad 自愿广告版本。此前构建1没有广告SDK；下述广告条款仅适用于构建2及以后含广告的版本。生效日期：2026年9月13日。
游戏资料保存在本机
关卡进度、星级、金币、收藏和声音设置保存在您的设备上，无需注册账号。游戏不会向开发者服务器发送这些资料，没有单独的统计服务，本版接入Google AdMob及其隐私服务提供自愿广告，没有内购。
自愿广告与资料
主动选择广告或打开适用的广告隐私选项时，Google AdMob及其隐私服务会联网。SDK可能处理IP推断的大致地区、设备或应用标识、广告互动、诊断与性能资料，用于投放、衡量与防欺诈。非个性化广告仍会处理必要资料。游戏不会向广告服务发送存档、金币余额或语音。Google可能按其隐私条款在您所在国家以外处理这些资料。
广告选择与儿童保护
广告请求采用儿童保护、非个性化和适合一般受众的内容等级，关闭发布者第一方标识，不请求跨应用追踪授权。当地要求时，可在隐私与支持页或海滩暂停面板打开广告隐私选择。不看广告也能游玩和免费重试。游戏不要求姓名、生日或注册账号；非个性化不等于不处理资料。
音频与权限
配乐、成语、释义和小航语音随游戏提供，在本机播放。游戏不录音，不请求麦克风、相机、通讯录或定位权限，不要求跨应用或网站追踪授权。
您的选择
您可在设置中分别控制配乐、音效与语音，调整配乐音量，停止或重听课程。儿童和成年人游玩均无需提供个人资料。
保存、删除与设备备份
本版没有开发者提供的云端存档。删除应用通常会删除本地游戏资料，重新安装后不保证恢复。苹果设备备份和迁移由系统设置及苹果服务管理。
网页与外部链接
打开支持、隐私或音乐署名链接时会访问外部网页。相关网站会接收提供网页所需的连接信息，如 IP 地址与浏览器信息，并可能为运行和安全处理访问日志。游戏不会向网站发送关卡或金币资料。纵横五海的配套页面不嵌入广告、统计脚本或追踪 Cookie；音乐作者及知识共享网站按各自的政策运行。
