Operator: Beijing Beiyang Fengxing Trading Co., Ltd. This policy covers Jelly Echo, the jelly match-three game.

Local play. Levels, progress, scores, earned tools, settings and companion interactions are stored on your device. No operator account is required. Character voices are prerecorded; gameplay does not record your microphone or send audio to an AI service. Deleting the app removes local app data; Apple device backups depend on your system settings.

Our app promotions. A labelled bottom banner introduces our own apps. It requests non-executable promotional text and images from our company HTTPS server. It uses the system language: Chinese on Chinese systems and English otherwise. The app does not send your game saves, scores, player name, stable device identifier or advertising identifier to select promotions. Everyone receives the same scheduled content. No third-party advertising or analytics SDK, behavioural profiling, click attribution or cross-app tracking is used by this module. A local cached copy may be used for up to 24 hours. Clicking View opens Apple's App Store, where Apple handles downloads and any separate app purchases under its policies.

Version checks. On startup and when returning to the app, the game may request a small version document from our company server and publicly available app information from Apple for your App Store country. The compatibility decision stays on your device; saves, scores, nicknames and hardware model identifiers are not uploaded for this check. A verified, published update that can run on your device must be installed to continue online. Unsupported devices can keep using the old version. Offline, failed or unverifiable checks allow play. Opening Update takes you to this game’s official App Store page.

Network operation. Serving a request exposes your IP address, request time and basic connection information to our server. Security and operational logs may record this information for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We retain it only for the period needed for those purposes and applicable legal requirements; it is not used to build an advertising profile or sold to advertisers. Support pages and email services also process the information needed to receive your voluntary request.

Game Center. Connecting to Game Center is optional in releases where it is enabled. If you choose to connect, the app uses the player identifier and display name provided by Apple and submits your cumulative best scores to the lifetime global leaderboard. Other players can see your Game Center display name, score and rank. The developer can view and manage the top leaderboard records made available by Apple. Apple processes Game Center service data under its policies. The complete local save is not uploaded to our company server or provided as a cloud-save service.

Your choices. You can play offline. Use the banner's information button to read why it appears or report inappropriate content through our support page. You may contact us for access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy requests concerning information we control. Apple controls its own service data. Do not include passwords or sensitive account information in feedback. We do not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or advertising-tracking permission for this game.

Children and changes. The game does not ask for birth dates or create child profiles. Promotions must be appropriate for the game's actual age rating. A child-directed release or material processing change requires a separate assessment and updated notice. Contact: beiyangfx@163.com.

版本检查。启动及返回游戏时，游戏可能向公司服务器请求小型版本说明，并向苹果查询当前App Store地区的公开应用信息。兼容性在设备本地判断，不为此上传存档、积分、昵称或硬件型号标识。联网核实已发布且设备可以安装的新版后，需要更新才能继续；不兼容设备保留旧版玩法。断网、查询失败或无法核实兼容性时允许继续玩。“更新”会打开本游戏的官方App Store页面。

基础网络信息。服务器提供内容时会接触IP地址、请求时间及基础连接信息，安全与运维日志可能记录这些内容，用于内容传输、故障排查和防滥用，仅保留实现上述目的及履行法律要求所需的期限；不用于广告画像或出售给广告商。访问支持页及主动发送邮件也会涉及接收请求所需的信息。

排行榜。在已启用Game Center的版本中，连接由您自愿选择。连接后，游戏使用苹果提供的玩家标识和显示昵称，向终身全球榜提交各关最佳成绩的累计积分；其他玩家可看到您的Game Center昵称、积分和排名。开发者可按苹果提供的权限查看和管理榜单中的部分头部记录。苹果按其政策处理Game Center服务数据；完整本机存档不会上传到我们公司服务器，也不构成云存档同步服务。

选择、反馈与权利。您可以离线游玩，点击横幅信息按钮了解推广原因，或通过支持页反馈不合适的推广。关于我们控制的数据，您可通过邮箱提出适用的查询、更正、删除等隐私请求；苹果服务数据由苹果控制。请勿在反馈中填写密码及敏感账号信息。本游戏不会为玩法申请相机、麦克风、通讯录、位置或广告追踪权限。

The earlier iPhone/iPad sections describe Apple services. This section describes the Android edition of Jelly Echo, operated by the same company and using the same support contact.

Local game. Progress, earned tools, settings and pet interactions stay on your device. We do not provide a company account or cloud-save service. Voices are prerecorded; no microphone recording or online AI generation is used during play. Uninstalling may remove your progress.

Five company app promotions. The labelled banner downloads the same scheduled promotional text and images from our HTTPS server for all players, with Chinese or English copy based on system language. It does not send saves, scores, nicknames or advertising IDs to select content, and does not report clicks. A valid configuration can be cached for up to 24 hours. Only the View button opens the advertised app's official Google Play page; swipes select another promotion. This module uses no ad-network or analytics SDK.

Offline scores and accounts. This Android release does not include Play Games sign-in or an online leaderboard. Progress and cumulative best scores remain on your device. The game does not submit player names, player identifiers or scores to our server or Play Games Services, and no game account is required.

Compatible updates. Our Android version document and Google's official in-app update check must agree before an update is required. Google processes device metadata, app version and information about installed modules and asset packs to check eligibility; see Google's update disclosure. Unknown, failed, offline or incompatible results allow play. Updates open this game's official Google Play flow.

Network and rights. Our server necessarily receives IP addresses, request times and basic connection information for delivery/security and troubleshooting; the network-operation retention and support-request terms above also apply to Android. We do not sell this information or build behavioural ad profiles. Use the support contact for applicable access, correction or deletion requests about data we control. Google controls its service data. Never send passwords or unnecessary personal data. Gameplay does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or advertising-ID permission. The Android edition is intended for ages 13 and older and is not specifically directed to children. The children/change assessment above applies to Android as well.

离线成绩与账号。本安卓版本不接入Google Play游戏登录或在线排行榜。累计最佳成绩和进度保存在本机；游戏不向公司服务器或Play游戏服务提交玩家昵称、玩家标识或成绩，无需创建或登录游戏账号。

兼容更新。公司安卓版本说明与Google官方更新检查一致后才要求更新。Google为核实更新处理设备元数据、应用版本及已安装模块和资源包信息，详见上方官方说明；断网、失败、无法核实或不兼容时允许继续玩，更新通过本游戏Google Play流程完成。

网络与权利。公司服务器为传输、安全及排障接触IP、请求时间和基础连接信息，前述网络日志留存及主动反馈说明同样适用；不出售或用于行为广告画像。关于公司控制的数据可通过本页邮箱提出适用的查询、更正、删除请求，Google服务数据由Google控制。请勿发送密码或无关隐私。本游戏不为玩法申请相机、麦克风、通讯录、位置或广告标识权限；安卓版本面向13岁及以上，不专门面向儿童；儿童与政策变化说明同样适用于安卓。
