不能。结果是基于您输入参数的规划估算，实际利率、费用和合同条款以金融机构及当地法规为准。
怎样快速看本息结果？
在首页打开“我的贷款”，直接修改金额、期限、年利率和还款方式，页面会更新月供、总利息和总还款估算。
金额后的单位是什么？
中文会显示“人民币（元）”、“美元”等直白单位，英文显示币种全称。数字按所选币种的基本金额输入，App 不进行汇率换算。
卖房净到手怎样使用？
在首页打开“卖房到手”，再填预计售价、银行要求的结清金额和已知卖房费用。结果是规划估算，正式数字以银行、合同和当地规则为准。
真实成本怎样使用？
填写合同本金、实际到账、有日期的还款和费用；非空输入无法解析时会就地提示，不会悄悄当成零。
本地贷款档案会上传吗？
不会由 App 自动上传。档案、费用、清单进度和事件默认只保存在当前设备。
贷前体检会给出评分或机构推荐吗？
不会。它只把您的回答整理成待核对事项，不做风险评分、贷款审批预测或机构推荐。
怎样查看完整功能说明？
在“设置 > 帮助 > 使用手册”查看与当前版本界面一致的分步图文说明。
怎样删除或导出数据？
在档案详情中删除事件或整个档案，并需二次确认。只有您主动导出或分享时，文件才会离开 App。

Is this a lender quote?
No. Results are planning estimates based on your inputs. Actual rates, fees, and terms are determined by your contract, lender, and local law.
How do I see a quick principal-and-interest result?
Open My Loan from Home and directly edit the amount, term, annual rate, and repayment method. Payment, total interest, and total repayment estimates update on the same screen.
What unit should I use for an amount?
The app shows plain currency names such as Chinese yuan and US dollars. Enter an amount in the selected currency's ordinary unit; the app does not perform foreign-exchange conversion.
How do Home Sale Proceeds work?
Open Sale Proceeds from Home, then enter the planned sale price, the bank payoff amount, and known seller costs. The result is an estimate; use your bank, contract, and local rules for final figures.
How does True Cost work?
Enter contract principal, actual proceeds, dated payments, and fees. A non-empty value that cannot be parsed shows an inline error instead of silently becoming zero.
Are local loan profiles uploaded?
No. Profiles, fees, checklist progress, and events stay on the current device by default and are not automatically uploaded by the app.
Does the pre-loan checkup score me or recommend a provider?
No. It organizes your answers into items to verify. It does not predict approval, assign a risk score, or recommend a lender.
Where is the complete feature guide?
Open Settings > Help > User Manual for step-by-step illustrated instructions that match the current interface.
How do I delete or export data?
Delete an event or a full profile from profile details after confirmation. A file leaves the app only after you explicitly export or share it.
