为什么汇率与银行不一样？
页面展示的是公开参考汇率。银行卡、支付平台和兑换点可能加入点差与手续费，实际结算以服务机构为准。
如何使用实付价计算器？
在首页点“实付价计算器”，输入商品标价、折扣、退税、换算汇率和刷卡费，即可看到最终本币支出；它与付款方式比较是两个独立功能。
如何比较不同付款方式？
在首页点“比较真实付款成本”，选择刷卡、ATM 或现金，再输入商户报价或费用。App 会展示参考成本和可能的隐藏价差。
在哪里查看完整操作说明？
打开设置，选择“使用说明”。其中包含快速换算、完整换算、实付价、付款比较、旅行准备、记录、行情、提醒和设置 9 个任务；每项都有真实界面截图、逐步说明和进入对应功能的按钮。
如何返回首页？
换算、实付价、付款、旅行、记录、行情、提醒和设置页面左上角均有明确的关闭按钮，无需记住下拉手势。
没有网络还能使用吗？
可以使用最后一次有效数据或内置离线快照进行基础换算；页面会标明数据来源与日期，离线数据不会冒充实时数据。
提醒为什么没有出现？
请确认已允许通知，并打开 App 获取新的网络汇率。提醒不会使用离线或过期价格触发。
如何切换语言？
在 App 设置中可选择跟随系统、简体中文、繁體中文、English、日本語、Español 或 Deutsch。
如何清除本机数据？
收藏可在数据设置中重置，提醒和付款记录可在对应页面删除。删除 App 会清除其本地沙盒数据。
免费版可能展示一次冷启动广告和页面横幅。VIP 仅移除广告，不影响核心功能；购买后可在设置的 VIP 页面恢复购买。若广告加载失败，汇率换算仍可正常使用。
汇率与估算结果仅供参考，不构成投资、交易或支付建议；实际结算以银行或支付渠道为准。

Currency Converter Support
Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and exact steps. Do not send passwords, identity documents, account details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Why does the rate differ from my bank?
The app shows public reference rates. Banks and payment providers may add spreads and fees; the actual settlement rate is determined by your provider.
How do I use the True Price Calculator?
Open True Price Calculator from the home screen. Enter the list price, then set the discount, tax refund, and card fee. The app converts the result into your selected home currency. This is separate from payment-method comparison.
How do I compare payment methods?
Tap Compare true payment costs on the home screen, choose Card, ATM, or Cash, and enter the quoted amount or fees. The app shows the estimated reference cost and possible hidden spread.
Where can I find complete instructions?
Open Settings and choose User Guide. It covers nine tasks—quick and full conversion, true-price calculation, payment comparison, trip preparation, records, markets, alerts, and settings—with real interface screenshots, steps, and buttons that open the relevant feature.
How do I return to the home screen?
Converter, True Price, Payment, Trip, Records, Markets, Alerts, and Settings each provide a visible close button in the upper-left corner. No swipe gesture is required.
Does it work offline?
Basic conversion remains available with the last valid data or a built-in snapshot. The app identifies the source and date instead of presenting offline data as live.
Why did an alert not arrive?
Confirm notification permission and open the app to refresh network rates. Offline or stale prices do not trigger alerts.
Which interface languages are available?
Settings offers System, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, and German.
How do I clear local data?
Favorites can be reset in data settings, while alerts and payment records can be deleted from their respective pages. Deleting the app removes its local sandbox data.
The free version may show one cold-launch ad and an in-app banner. VIP only removes ads and does not restrict core tools. Purchases can be restored from the VIP page in Settings. If an ad fails to load, conversion remains available.
