为什么汇率与银行不一样？
页面展示的是公开参考汇率。银行卡、支付平台和兑换点可能加入点差与手续费，实际结算以服务机构为准。
没有网络还能使用吗？
可以使用内置离线快照进行基础换算；页面会标明数据时间，离线数据不会冒充实时数据。广告或推广加载失败不会阻止换算。
提醒为什么没有出现？
请确认已允许通知，并打开 App 获取新的网络汇率。提醒不会使用离线或过期价格触发。
如何切换语言？
在 App 设置中可选择跟随系统、简体中文、繁體中文、English、日本語、Español 或 Deutsch。视频说明保留中文和英文。
如何恢复或管理VIP订阅？
打开 App 的“设置—VIP会员”，可恢复购买或进入 Apple 的订阅管理页面。实际价格、币种和续订状态以 App Store 显示为准。
如何反馈不当广告？
请通过本页支持邮件说明出现时间、所在国家或地区和广告截图；请勿点击可疑广告或发送账户敏感信息。

Currency Converter Support

Why does the rate differ from my bank?
The app shows public reference rates. Banks and payment providers may add spreads and fees; the actual settlement rate is determined by your provider.
Does it work offline?
Basic conversion remains available with a built-in snapshot. Ad or promotion failures never block conversion.
Why did an alert not arrive?
Confirm notification permission and open the app to refresh network rates. Offline or stale prices do not trigger alerts.
Which interface languages are available?
Settings offers System, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, and German. Video guides remain available in Chinese and English.
How do I restore or manage VIP?
Open Settings — VIP in the app to restore purchases or open Apple subscription management. The App Store displays the final price, currency, and renewal status.
How do I report an inappropriate ad?
Email support with the time, country or region, and a screenshot. Do not click suspicious ads or send sensitive account information.
