您的文件留在自己手里。我们说明哪些操作在本机完成，哪些操作需要由您主动选择。

应用不要求注册账号，不含广告。拍照翻译使用Google ML Kit本机翻译组件，组件存在下文说明的运行诊断数据处理，不用于本APP广告追踪。扫描、图像增强、文字识别、文档制作、签名与印章处理及翻译内容处理在本机进行，文档和识别内容不上传至我们的服务器。您主动分享、存到外部位置、开启局域网传输或使用系统备份时，另按您选择的服务和系统设置处理。
1. 我们是谁

2. 您的文档与本机数据
由您拍摄或导入的文档、图片、音视频文件，以及生成的 PDF、提取文字、翻译、签名、印章和文件夹信息，存放在本机应用存储或您主动选择的位置。应用保存必要的显示语言、主题、导出和安全设置，用于保持您的选择。应用不将这些内容汇总为云账户资料，也不利用文档进行广告画像或模型训练。
3. 识别、翻译与网络
文档识别和图像处理使用本机能力。拍照翻译使用Google翻译，通过Google ML Kit在设备上处理；图片、原文和译文不发送给Google，也不上传至我们的服务器。英语由组件提供；首次中英互译需下载中文包，日、韩、法、德、西班牙语按需下载。下载前显示说明，默认Wi-Fi，可由您允许移动数据；已安装包可离线使用，下载可受网络和设备空间影响。组件可能为模型更新、配置、兼容性和运行改进联网，处理设备与应用信息、安装标识、所选源/目标语言、使用事件、性能和错误诊断。我们不将其用于跨应用广告追踪，不宣称组件完全不联网或不产生数据。Google依其规则处理组件数据，保留与删除请参阅其政策；本APP删除本地文件不会自动删除Google的运行诊断记录。ML Kit条款、iOS数据说明、Google隐私政策。翻译由Google翻译提供。
翻译和文字提取可能有错漏，仅便于临时了解图片内容。合同、金额、身份信息或其他重要用途请对照原文并由适合的专业人员复核。此说明不排除或限制适用法律赋予您的法定权利。
版本检查：冷启动时，应用会使用公开应用编号及您当前App Store店面国家或地区，向苹果公开商店接口查询版本与最低系统要求；不发送文档、文件名、签名、公章或用户标识。苹果会收到连接所必需的网络信息，例如IP地址，按苹果的政策处理；我们不保存版本查询记录。仅在确认有适配您系统的较新已发布版本时要求前往App Store更新；旧系统不兼容、离线、查询异常或超时不阻止继续使用。不会后台安装程序、打断正在编辑的文件或删除本地资料。
4. 权限只用于您选择的操作
- 相机：拍摄待扫描或待识别的纸张、图片；拒绝后仍可使用文件导入等其他入口。
- 照片：通过系统选择器导入您选定的图片；将图片导出到相册时申请添加照片权限。PDF、Word 等文档保存到文件，不写入相册。
- 本地网络：仅在您开启“电脑传文件”时接收同一局域网内的文件。临时 HTTP 地址带有访问凭据；它不是互联网云盘，也不是加密的 HTTPS 通道。仅在可信网络使用，不要向无关人员泄露地址，用完关闭。
- Face ID / 设备身份验证：按您的安全设置保护应用或已保存的签名与授权印章。验证由系统处理，我们不取得人脸数据或设备密码。
当前功能不请求麦克风、语音识别、定位或通讯录权限。您可在系统“设置”中管理已经授予的权限。
5. 分享、外部文件与系统备份
分享、导出和从其他应用导入均由您主动发起。选择微信、邮件、文件服务或其他接收应用后，该服务可能接收您选择的内容，并适用其自身的处理规则。保存到 iCloud Drive 或其他云盘是您选择的外部存储行为，不是本应用自建云账户。
本机数据可能受 iOS 系统备份、设备迁移或您设置的云端备份影响。请同时检查系统备份设置；本应用的“仅本机处理”不表示系统备份永远不会生成副本。
6. 保留、删除和安全边界
您可在文件管理中删除文档和不需要的素材；移入回收站的文件在彻底移除前可能仍可恢复。卸载通常删除应用私有数据，但不会自动删除您另存的副本、系统备份或已发给他人的文件。请分别在对应位置管理。
“隐藏文件”只改变列表可见性，不等同于内容加密。请使用设备锁定与应用安全设置，妥善管理印章及签名，只处理您有权使用的内容。图片盖章与手写签名并非经认证平台验证的数字签名服务，法律效力需结合适用法律与具体场景判断。
7. 本支持网站与主动联系
本独立目录的页面不使用广告、分析脚本、第三方字体或主动设置的追踪 Cookie。浏览网站时，现有网站服务器及托管服务会处理正常连接所需的技术信息，并可能形成访问日志，例如 IP 地址、请求时间、页面路径和浏览器信息；这些日志用于网站运行及安全，不与应用内文档关联。
您主动发送支持邮件时，我们会收到您提供的邮箱和问题内容，仅用于处理反馈及必要的后续沟通。请不要发送密码、身份证件、完整合同或未获授权的公章；优先提供去除敏感内容的截图。申请查询、更正或删除您向我们提供的支持资料，可以联系上述邮箱；依法必须保留的记录除外。
8. 更新与联系
当功能或数据处理方式有实质变化，我们会更新本页和生效日期；需要您同意的情形会按适用要求处理。您可通过技术支持页查看操作说明，或通过上述邮箱提出隐私问题。

Privacy Policy
No app account or advertisements are included. Photo translation uses Google's on-device ML Kit component, which processes operational data as explained below; it is not used for advertising tracking in this app. Scanning, enhancement, OCR, document creation, signature/seal processing and translation content processing run on your device. We do not upload your documents or recognized content to our servers. User-chosen sharing, external storage, local-network transfer and system backups are separate actions.

The app is developed and operated by Beijing Beiyang Fengxing Trading Co., Ltd. (北京北洋锋行商贸有限公司). This policy covers this app and these support pages, not other products. Privacy and support: beiyangfx@163.com.
Local files and processing
Files you scan or import, including documents, images, audio and video, and the resulting PDFs, extracted text, translations, signatures, seals and folder information are stored on this device or at locations you choose. Language, theme, export and security preferences are retained locally. We do not build a cloud account profile, use documents for advertising or upload them for model training.
Photo translation uses Google Translate through ML Kit on this device. Photos, source text and translations are not sent to Google or our servers. English is provided by the component. Chinese must be downloaded once for Chinese–English translation; Japanese, Korean, French, German and Spanish are downloaded on demand. The first-use notice explains downloads; Wi-Fi is the default and mobile data requires your choice. Installed packs work offline, subject to device storage. The Google component may connect for model updates, configuration, compatibility and operational improvements. It may process device/app information, installation identifiers, source/target languages, usage events, performance and error diagnostics. We do not use this for cross-app advertising tracking and do not claim that the SDK never connects or collects operational data. Google processes component data under its own rules; see its retention and deletion policies. Deleting local app files does not automatically delete Google's operational diagnostics. OCR and translation may contain errors and are intended for a quick understanding of image content, not professional legal or financial translation. Check important details against the source and obtain suitable professional review. Your statutory rights are not excluded or restricted.
Version checks
At cold launch, the app queries Apple's public store service using its public app ID and your current App Store storefront country/region, to check the published version and minimum system requirement. It sends no document, filename, signature, seal or user identifier. Apple receives ordinary connection metadata such as your IP address under its policies; we do not retain version-check logs. An update through the App Store is required only after a newer published version compatible with your OS is verified. Unsupported older systems, offline use, errors and timeouts do not block access. The app does not silently install software, interrupt an editing session or delete local files.
Permissions
- Camera: capture pages/images you choose. Other import paths remain available if denied.
- Photos: select images through the system picker; adding exported images to Photos requires add-photo permission. Documents such as PDF and Word are saved to Files, not Photos.
- Local network: receive files only after you enable computer-to-phone transfer. The temporary HTTP address contains an access credential. It is not a cloud drive or an encrypted HTTPS connection. Use a trusted network, keep the address private, and turn it off when finished.
- Face ID / device authentication: protect access according to your settings. The OS handles authentication; we receive neither face data nor your device passcode.
The current feature set does not request microphone, speech-recognition, location or contacts access. Manage granted permissions in system Settings.
Sharing, storage and system backups
You initiate sharing and export. The recipient app or file service receives the content you select under its own policies. Choosing iCloud Drive or another cloud folder uses that external service, not an account operated by this app. Local data may be included in system backups, device migration or cloud backups according to your system settings. “On-device processing” does not mean system backups cannot contain a copy.
Retention, deletion and safeguards
Delete files and stored assets in the app. Items in a recycle bin may remain recoverable until permanently removed. Uninstalling generally removes private app data but not copies you exported, system backups or files already shared. Manage those separately. Hiding files only changes visibility; it does not encrypt them. Use device/app security and only authorized signatures and seals. Image seals and drawn signatures are not an identity-certified digital-signature service; legal effect depends on applicable law and context.
Website visits and support
These standalone pages contain no ads, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or tracking cookies set by these pages. The existing web server and hosting provider process connection information and may retain ordinary access logs, such as IP address, request time, page path and browser details, for operation and security. These are not linked to in-app documents.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you provide to handle the issue and necessary follow-up. Do not send passwords, identity documents, full confidential contracts or unauthorized seal images. Prefer redacted screenshots. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of support information you provided, subject to records we must retain by law.
