拍下来、看清楚、再保存。需要签字盖章时，直接从本机文件接着做。

支持 iOS / iPadOS 16 或更新版本。翻译语言包首次需联网下载，安装后可离线使用，实际下载取决于网络和设备空间。

扫描一份文件，怎么操作？

  1. 点击首页“点击扫描”。对准纸张手动拍照，可单拍或继续添加多页。需要每次自己调四角，可在设置中打开手动定位。
  2. 看看AI高清预览。滑动切页，点放大预览检查小字。边缘有杂色时调“边缘处理”；需要更清晰可单独点“变清晰”。边缘处理会覆盖所选边缘区域，先检查是否有印章或文字。
  3. 选择格式，点击保存。文档存到应用的本地文件；导出图片可选择相册。改名可沿用原名称或修改后保存；分享时选您需要的接收应用。

常用功能

从微信、邮件或其他APP收到合同，怎么盖章？

在原APP打开合同，使用系统“分享 / 其他应用打开”，选择AI扫描办公；如果列表暂时没有，先存到系统“文件”，再从本APP导入。文件保存到本APP后，在“文件”中打开，选择签名与盖章。先选要盖章的那一页，再选已保存印章，或从相册添加图片、抠取背景、确认后命名保存。默认印章直径40毫米，也可按实际授权印章调整；纸张尺寸要与原文档一致。双指放大移动页面，拖动印章到合适位置，检查后改名保存或分享。骑缝章可按1至5页分配并整组调整。

Word、Excel、PDF能直接修改和互转吗？

从“文件”或“格式转换”导入，按界面提供的编辑、排版和目标格式操作。常用输入包括 PDF、DOC/DOCX、XLS/XLSX、TXT、CSV、RTF 和常见图片。并非任意两种格式都能无损互转：扫描页需先识别文字；复杂表格、字体、公式及原生PDF正文可能不能完整保留可编辑结构。转换后请放大检查金额、分页和版式，再确认导出。仅保存成PDF不会自动让扫描图片中的字变成Word可编辑文字。

拍照翻译与提取怎么用？

打开“翻译提取”，拍一张或选图片；画面固定后选择识别语言与目标语言，可交换中英方向，在原图与译文间切换对照。点“提取”可查看原文或译文，修正后复制，或保存为TXT。拍照翻译由Google翻译通过ML Kit在本机提供。英语由组件提供；中文首次下载后可中英双向互译。日、韩、法、德、西班牙语在“语言包”按需下载，也可依次准备全部支持语言。先阅读首次下载说明，默认Wi-Fi，需使用移动数据时主动允许；等待显示“已安装”再断网翻译。组件有设备、安装标识、所选语言、使用及运行诊断行为，详见隐私政策。翻译结果旁保留Google出处，了解Google翻译。翻译用于临时理解图片大意，不是专业合同译文；重要内容请对照原文复核。

文件怎么归类、电脑怎么传文件？

“文件”中可使用文档、图片、视频、音频等分类文件夹，也可新建、重命名、移动和删除。隐藏选项只控制显示，不等于加密；可在设置中选择是否显示隐藏文件。电脑传文件：手机与电脑连同一可信Wi-Fi，在本APP开启“电脑传文件”，电脑浏览器输入手机显示的完整临时地址并上传，用完关闭。不要把这个地址发给无关人员；它是局域网HTTP传输，不是互联网共享云盘。

文档制作模板怎么使用？

选择成品模板，查看样式，点修改，把示例公司、姓名、电话、金额和条款换成自己的内容，再预览生成文档。模板只是起草参考，不是针对每个国家或交易场景的法律意见；提交或签署前请检查当地要求及双方约定。

为什么打开时提示更新？旧手机还能继续用吗？

只有苹果商店已发布了适合您当前系统的新版本，核实后才会提示必须更新。点击“前往更新”到本APP的App Store页面，更新后重新打开即可。不会自动安装程序，也不会清空文档。若新版本不支持您的旧系统，原版本仍可继续使用；没有网络、查询失败或超时也不会阻止使用。正在编辑的页面不会被后台提示打断。首次发行尚无更新版本时，不会显示强制更新页。

Support

AI Scan Office is a local-first scanning and office utility for iOS / iPadOS 16 or later. Translation packs require an initial network download and device storage; installed packs can be used offline.

Scan, check, save

  1. Tap the scan action on Home. Capture one page or add more. Enable manual corner adjustment in Settings if you want to position corners after every shot.
  2. Review AI HD. Swipe between pages and enlarge the preview to check small text. Edge Processing covers the selected border area; ensure it contains no needed content. Sharpening is optional.
  3. Choose an output format and save. Documents go to local app files; exported images can be added to Photos. Keep the original name or change it before saving. Use Share to select a recipient.

Sign and stamp an incoming document

Use the sending app's Share / Open in action and choose AI Scan Office, or save to system Files and import here. Open the saved local file, choose signature/seal tools and select the correct page first. Use a saved authorized seal or import an image, remove the background, review and save it with a name. The default diameter is 40 mm; set the actual authorized size and correct page dimensions. Pinch and move the page, position the seal, review and save/share. Seam stamps can be distributed over 1–5 pages and adjusted as a group.

Editing and conversion

Use the actions offered for the file and target format. Common inputs include PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, TXT, CSV, RTF and images. Not every format pair converts losslessly. Scans require text recognition; complex layouts, formulas, fonts and existing PDF text may not retain full editable structure. Verify prices, page breaks and layout before using the output.

Translate and extract

Capture or choose an image, select the source and target languages, and compare Original with Translation on the frozen image. Extract lets you review, correct and copy source/translated text or save TXT. Photo translation uses Google Translate via on-device ML Kit. English is provided by the component. Download Chinese once for Chinese–English in both directions; Japanese, Korean, French, German and Spanish are available in Language packs. Read the first-use notice, download over Wi-Fi or explicitly allow mobile data, and wait for Installed before using translation offline. The component processes device/app information, installation identifiers, selected languages, usage and operational diagnostics; see the Privacy Policy. Google Translate attribution appears with the results. This is for a quick understanding of image content, not professional contract translation. Check important text against the source.

Organize and transfer

Use default or custom folders; rename, move or delete files. Hiding affects visibility only, not encryption. For computer upload, connect both devices to a trusted Wi-Fi network, enable transfer, enter the complete temporary address in the computer browser, upload and turn transfer off afterward. Keep the address private. This is local HTTP transfer, not a cloud drive.

Templates

Preview a finished template, replace all sample names, numbers, prices and terms, then review the generated document. Templates are drafting examples, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

App updates and older systems

An update is required only when Apple's store verifies a newer published version compatible with your current OS. Use the update action to open this app's App Store page, update and return. The app never silently installs software or deletes documents. If the new version cannot run on your older system, you can keep using the installed version. Offline checks, errors and timeouts also allow continued use. A background check does not interrupt editing. The first release has no later public version and will not show a mandatory update page.

Troubleshooting and contact

Manage camera/Photos permissions in system Settings. Flatten and light the paper evenly; use corner adjustment for uncertain edges. Do not repeatedly tap during processing. If a recipient app rejects a share, check the file locally and try sharing from system Files; a failure there may involve that app's share extension.
